Do sessions have a fixed time?


Sessions are held within a clear time container (for example, a 20-minute initial discovery call and up to 90 or 120 minutes for booked sessions). This structure helps create a safe, supportive space and allows for fair planning for all clients. Sessions are not rushed, and the work unfolds naturally within the time booked.


What if I feel like I need more time?


If deeper or more complex themes arise, this will always be discussed with you. You may wish to book an extended session or a follow-on session so the work can continue gently and without pressure.


Will everything be resolved in one session?


Some people experience powerful shifts in a single session, while others benefit from a series of sessions. Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and we will always move at a pace that feels right for you.


Do you offer a free call first?
