I'm Janie. Welcome to Soulstar, my realm of wellness and beauty.

 

I am an experienced, professional holistic therapist, International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) certified instructor, a Qigong instructor, breath work facilitator, sound practitioner, and Reiki Master with a post graduate in life coaching.

 

I have a rich history in the health and beauty industry spanning over three decades. My passion for wellness drives me to deliver exceptional results and create a serene space for all.​

 

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working on luxurious cruise ships, renowned health spas, and prestigious 5-star salons in London.

 

I was also responsible for launching skin care companies in prestigious department stores whilst managing their accounts. It was during this time that I brought esteemed French skincare companies to the UK market and designed innovative treatments for them.​

 

Over a decade ago, I embarked on a new adventure and founded Soulstar, a haven dedicated to rejuvenation and balance. My goal is to provide bespoke treatments that bring you back to a state of equilibrium, tailored to your specific needs.​

 

While my journey is deeply rooted in wellness, it is also a personal and spiritual one. Meditation, Qigong, energy work, and breath work are integral parts of my own practice, allowing me to elevate myself and share that positive energy with others.

 

I am fuelled by love and joy, constantly striving to be the best version of myself so that I can guide and inspire you.​
