Cancellation Policy

At Soulstar, I understand that life can sometimes present unexpected circumstances that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your scheduled massage session.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in payment of full being requested. This compensates for lost appointment time and ensures that I can continue to provide exceptional service to all my clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate your request and find an alternative time that works for you.
