Embracing Change: Welcome to The Zenden

Some of you may have heard whispers already. Others might have noticed the sign is no longer up. It feels important to share this news properly. My beautiful little studio by the sea has now closed its doors. Soulstar is moving into a new chapter.

The past years in that space have been filled with healing, laughter, tears, deep rest, and countless moments of connection. It was a truly special place. I will always hold deep gratitude for everything that happened within those walls.

A New Beginning

As life shifts, so does Soulstar. My work is now expanding into trauma-informed support, along with more retreats and workshops. This evolution means I will be out of the studio more often. It felt right to simplify and reshape how Soulstar operates.

I have created something smaller, more intentional, and just as nurturing.

Welcome to The Zenden!

The Zenden is a cosy new treatment space within The Rainbow Hub. This building is dedicated to therapy, yoga, wellbeing, and support for both adults and children alike. It feels like the perfect home for this next stage of Soulstar’s journey.

The Heart of Soulstar Remains

The heart of Soulstar has by no means changed. The treatments, the care, the intention, and the deep rest all remain the same. They are just held in a new space.

The Zenden opens on Monday, 9th March. I look forward to welcoming you there. Thank you for continuing to walk this path with me.

When You Arrive

The venue is located on Marine Road on the Morecambe seafront, facing the bay. You’ll see B Army Surplus at street level. The venue is upstairs above the shop.

Then head upstairs to the top floor.
