This dynamic one-hour session blends powerful modalities to create a meaningful shift in your body, mind, and emotional state. ⸻ Stress-Reduction Breathing We begin with a guided 10-round breath sequence using Andrew Huberman’s physiological sigh technique. This scientifically backed pattern two short inhales followed by a long exhale helps rapidly calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and lift your mood. ⸻ Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Next, we move into a short, uplifting tapping sequence. This gentle practice stimulates key acupressure points to release tension, shift your emotional state, and create a sense of ease and positivity. ⸻ Aromatherapy Massage The session then flows into a deeply relaxing back, neck, and shoulder massage, enhanced with carefully selected essential oils to soothe the body and quiet the mind. This is followed by an energising scalp treatment using jade combs and aromatherapy, encouraging deeper relaxation and sensory release. ⸻ Throughout the experience, you’ll be gently guided back to your breath, helping to deepen relaxation and support the body’s natural reset. ⸻ The Result This carefully curated hour is designed to help you pause, surrender, and reconnect. In just 60 minutes, you’ll experience a powerful combination of breath, touch, and energy work reducing stress, elevating mood, and restoring a sense of balance and wellbeing.
