We move into breathwork, guided by a beat-driven track from Sacred Rhythms, with chakra-clearing affirmations to realign energy and reset your system. We finish with a specialised Indian head and heart massage, using rose quartz and essential oils, to soften the body and open the heart space. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in payment of full being requested. This compensates for lost appointment time and ensures that I can continue to provide exceptional service to all my clients.
