Our Matcha Sessions bring together three things we believe make us feel truly alive: nourishing rituals, mindful movement, and real connection.
Think gentle, grounding practice, the warm earthy comfort of a perfectly whisked matcha, and a room full of people choosing to slow down together all wrapped in a soft soundtrack from Kenny Jaeger (aka our very own Christopher Hunter) on the decks.
