Service Description
The Sunday Session. Once a month, we’ll gather on Zoom, just a group of humans showing up for ourselves and each other. Together, will - • Breathe deeply to reconnect with our inner selves. • Meditate to find clarity and peace. • Strategise for the week ahead to create intention and focus. These sessions are about your energy, your willingness to be vulnerable, and your commitment to change. This space will only work if you bring yourself fully into it, ready to show up for yourself. So, who’s in? Let’s do the work together. First Session: Sunday, 16th March at 7:30 PM Your journey is yours to take. I will be there, breathing alongside you. Will you take the step?

Cancellation Policy
Soulstar Holistic Therapy & Self Recovery Cancellation Policy At Soulstar, I understand that life can sometimes present unexpected circumstances that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your scheduled session. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in payment of full being requested. This compensates for lost appointment time and ensures that I can continue to provide exceptional service to all my clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate your request and find an alternative time that works for you.
