A Series of Nurturing Treatments for the New Mother Becoming a Mama is more than just a change in role, it’s a transformation of the soul. It’s a journey of letting go, stepping into your new self, and embracing the wisdom that comes with this sacred shift. Mama at the Bay is a gentle, loving three-session journey designed to support you as you transition into The Mama, honouring who you were, grounding you in who you are, and guiding you toward the deep knowing of who you are becoming. Session One – I Was A letting go ritual to honour and release the version of you that came before. Through breathwork and Reiki, we create space for this new chapter, helping you surrender, soften, and step forward with ease. Session Two – I Am A beautifully balanced yin and yang treatment, merging crystals, sound, and massage to align your body, mind, and spirit with the energy of The Mama. This is your moment to settle into your new state of being, grounding yourself in presence and love. Session Three – I Know A deeply restorative session blending mind-mapping meditation and Indian head massage to invite clarity, belonging, and a profound sense of peace. This is where you embrace the wisdom of The Mama feeling rooted, radiant, and ready for all that lies ahead. The journey of The Mama is ever-evolving, and this series is here to hold you through it, with love, with care, and with the deep knowing that you are exactly where you are meant to be. Cancellation Policy
Soulstar Holistic Therapy & Self Recovery Cancellation Policy At Soulstar, I understand that life can sometimes present unexpected circumstances that may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your scheduled session. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in payment of full being requested. This compensates for lost appointment time and ensures that I can continue to provide exceptional service to all my clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate your request and find an alternative time that works for you.
